Talent Management for Growth

The Entrepreneurial Nation, an initiative by The UAE Ministry of Economy, is proud to partner with Join Talent to offer support to all the companies in the ecosystem with Talent Acquisition for growth.

Join Talent is an embedded talent solution provider and specialist consulting business, that is founded and led by talent practitioners from some of the world's largest and fastest-growing companies. Join Talent supports companies with their scaling talent needs through the fulfillment of hiring demand and designing processes and experiences to allow companies to optimize their growth strategy.

UAE-based early-stage companies are welcome to register for a program to receive a solid understanding of how to successfully scale in the early stages of a business's growth through the right talent management strategy.

Program Duration

Delivered over 6 months of provision, with an initial 4-week 'hot house' introduction followed by continued support.

Selected Participants will Receive

  1. Four Virtual Workshops:

    • Prioritizing & defining hiring demand - maximizing your capability to scale.

    • Hiring from the global market to open up new talent pools - including tips on navigating challenges and managing relocation & onboarding.

    • Packaging your culture - selling your employer brand into a global talent market.

    • Selecting Talent - how to run an effective selection process to secure the best talent.

  2. Dedicated support from a TA Transformation Director ('Head of' level professional) for 1 hour per week for up to 6 months to support you with:

    • Review your current hiring process to maximize effectiveness.

    • Improve the quality of your externally focused content such as job descriptions and job posts.

    • Set up your recruitment tech stack.

    • Troubleshooting with your c-suite on talent acquisition challenges and opportunities.

  3. Free access to all chapters of the Talent Acquisition Insight Series and associated support packs - the ultimate hiring playbook which has been developed by Join Talent's team of experts.

  4. Access for your team to a personalized Talent Insights Report on the availability of the types of skills that you would be seeking to hire into UAE across your key countries/areas of focus.

  5. An exclusive reduced rate on the hiring and consulting services available from Join Talent's expert talent acquisition partners for any additional support needed on delivery of hiring or more complex TA operating model work.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Legally registered company in the UAE.

  • Planned hiring growth in the next 6-months.

  • Revenue generating or raised capital.
